Before submitting this form, it is important to know that there are some differences between SJSU on-campus programs and SJSU Online programs. Please read through the following list of SJSU Online acknowledgments to confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms.

I will not be able to change majors to an SJSU on-campus program without reapplying to SJSU.

I will only be able to enroll in the courses offered by SJSU Online.

I will not be able to enroll in courses at SJSU offered by other departments or colleges in person.

SJSU Online program fees are calculated on a per-unit basis instead of a part-time or full-time basis.

SJSU Online students are eligible for federal financial aid, Pell Grants, and SJSU scholarships.

SJSU Online students are not required to pay an enrollment or orientation deposit.

SJSU Online payment plan terms are different from those for on-campus programs.

SJSU Online programs consist of five 8-week terms annually, with a couple of exceptions.

SJSU Online programs determine their ratio of synchronous and asynchronous courses.
